Great Place to Live

I enjoyed living at Woodgate Apartments for almost 6 years. The staff was great and maintenance was quick! The apartments are located in a nice area and it is easy to get to places from. The apartments are spacious and have nice layouts. The buildings are well maintained.

Maintenance was so helpful with leaky sink!

The two maintenance men who showed up were friendly, respectful of my space and efficient! They were able to figure out the problem with a leaky faucet and get it fixed in no time. Nicest maintenance people I've ever dealt with.

Woodgate Apts

Being part of the Woodgate Apartments has been a great experience so far. The management team works hard to keep residents inform and reply in a timely manner any questions. The option of online maintenance request is a plus. The very few times that I have had to request maintenance assistance, the maintenance personnel has worked far and beyond, they are committed, knowledgeable, and work diligently to solve any issue in a timely manner.

Breanna in the office saved the day

I can’t thank Breanna enough for the quick response! I left a frantic vm and sent an email with a maintenance emergency after midnight. Breanna called me immediately on Tuesday morning, even before office hours and problem was fixed immediately. I, of course had to apologize numerous times for sounding like a crazy person. I am so glad I chose to live in this community! Love it here!

Love it here

Well Maintained

Moved from Florida and I am so happy I found the Woodgates. The management and staff are the best. The accomated me very well. The apartment was really clean and ready on time. I would highly recommend this place.

The Beginning

So Far our experience here has been Great! The Managers are always so helpful and nice. They are also very knowledgeable whenever you have any questions. It’s very peaceful in this area and the neighbors are very nice!

Great experience

Great experience beginning with the staff to the greeting from the neighbors. Very quick process and the communication was 100%. I’m extremely satisfied thus far. On a scale of 1-10 I’ll have to rate an 11.

Awesome Place to Live!

I love living her at Woodgate. The staff is amazing at listening and accommodating as much as they can. The location is the best, close to everything! My family loves visiting me in the summer cause of the pool. I will love to transfer into something bigger in the future due to them having so many amazing floor plans to offer!!

Awesome place to live

Just wanted to say how I love living here and how well the staff takes care of me. Service is given within 24 hrs of call, they always answer the phone, and I always enjoy seeing their smiling faces. Very welcoming community and makes me feel at home!

Very happy with everything

I am in the process of moving in and everything and everyone has been wonderful. Gloria has been there for everything I need and has answered all my concerns. All the people in the leasing office have been very nice. Everything is nice and clean and the property is well taken care of . The maintence man ( Tim ) was very helpful and easy to deal with. I am so happy and excited .Can't wait to complete my move. I have told everyone to check it out if they need a place to live.
